Nice massive, solid quality to the blonde model painting. You can really feel the weight of the body there. Also, I'm immediately drawn to the "flattened", Matisse-y perspective. I can'believe how much work everyone is going home and doing! I've only completed one landscape for the gallery, and am working on a figurative piece for some friends. I feel like a slacker!
